We provide Tuff-Rib custom cut to the inch per your specifications. Any length is available from 3′ up to 45′. Tuff-Rib’s design features five 3/4″ high ribs, spaced 9″ on center.

Warranty & Finish
Painted Tuff-Rib carries a 40 year paint warranty and 30 year fade/chalk warranty. Unpainted Galvalume carries a 25 year warranty. The painted option is a baked on enamel paint over primer and Galvalume. The non-painted Galvalume option is 45% zinc and 55% aluminum with a clear acrylic overcoat.

Purpose & Use
An integrated anti-siphon groove on panel laps allows Tuff-Rib to be installed on roofs as low as 2.5:12. Strong 3/4″ trapezoidal ribs enable installation over solid deck and open frame applications.
Tuff-Rib is at home on residential applications but functions well as a light commercial panel as well.
A high tensile steel core allows Tuff-Rib to easily handle the high winds throughout Florida and even Miami-Dade Hurricane Zones.

Here are a couple pics of roof my son, grandson and I installed this past winter (2018) I prepped it myself using a reflective foil over the shingled roof, 1 x 4 furring strips on 24″ centers and your metal roofing over strips. It took the three of us 3 days of 4- 6 hours to complete the install from start to finish. Days we worked were very hot. Very happy with the metal roof.

I just want to say that the quality of the material and the customer service is second to none. The fast manufacturing and delivery time was fantastic. It’s not a very big garage roof, only 20 sheets of 16′ metal but I am extremely happy with the metal and service.
